IceBound was an rpg game concept under construction by the gaming community. The first comp I delivered is shown in the back while the final chosen comp is displayed in front with a wintery ice-mountain backdrop.
This game retail store serves all ages of gaming enthusiasts in the Lynnwood/Mukilteo area. A vectored variation of the original logo is featured on the name card and promotional gamer's pad with a more striking color arrangement.
Cho Dang is a Korean soup restaraunt located in Lynnwood, serving deliciously spiced soft-tofu soups. The identity redesign I envisioned has a more "flavorful" appearance that alludes to the wonderful dishes served here.
The book "Hagakure" is an insight to the samurai's way of life. The title can be translated as "hidden by leaves" or "in the shadow of leaves" and so I dressed the cover accordingly with verctored leaves and a muted background hue commonly see in the clothes in the era of the book's original writing.
Digit Magazine caters to the professional and amatuer design public. The goal here was to further differentiate the masthead from others that would be displayed beside it and better organize the layout for easier reads/browsing.
Champloo Mini-zine was an original creation of mine. I designed it as a bi-monthly japanese animation and local scenes mailable publication.
Collateral is Seattle Central's annual newsletter for the Graphic Design & Illustration Department's faculty, alumni and students. This was my proposed layout for the 2007 graduating class.
Animale Winery produces flavorful red wines for casual dining. The ads and label use warm deep reds to illicit a feeling of comfort and leisure. A kind of state of contentment a cat can make look so natural.
Unsunsua green tea is a very high quality green tea. The packaging replicates an old style of storage containers for teas. Bamboo texture with typed and rendered etchings of the tea name in 3 languages of targeted consumers adds to the product's "imported" feel.
